Vickky has over 6 years of professional IT experience. As our Senior Network Specialist we turn to Vickky for the answers to the most difficult networking issues. He has strong skills with DOS, Windows 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP, 2003, 2008, Vista, Seven ; Microsoft Office: SQL; Remote Access Services and extensive implementation experience with DHCP; DNS; Terminal Services; Exchange Server; Server 2003; Small Business Server; Anti-Virus; and a number of Backup and Recovery solutions. Additionally, Vickky has excellent project management skills and manages most of our client's projects.

Mano is a very skilled PC repair and PC trouble-shooting technician who works part-time in our repair lab. He has many years of practical experience as a computer technician as well as excellent customer service skills. In his time here, he has become our "go-to" technician for hardware knowledge and troubleshooting and also builds most of our computer workstations and servers. He has excellent Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP and Vista trouble-shooting skills and experience. Mano also handles most of our Data Recovery work.
